Mate Factor ships via UPS and USPS Priority Mail. We strive to provide same day shipping on orders placed by 3pm EST. We will send your tracking information to the email address you provide.

USPS Priority mail is normally less expensive for lightweight orders and offers faster delivery, normally 2-3 days (even to California, Oregon, & Washington). We also ship using the flat rate box, but there is no way for the shopping cart to determine what can or cannot fit into the flat rate boxes. UPS Ground is less expensive for heavier orders and is normally what we use for free shipping orders (orders over $50)
