The Mate Factor is founded on fair trade principles, paying our yerba mate suppliers above the market value to help support the developing cultures. We create ways to provide more work for more people, and maintain a personal relationship with all our South American associates, in order to keep their interests in mind. We consider this simply a normal and organic way to live on this planet.

Certified Organic

We use only 100% Certified Organic Yerba Mate from sources we personally know and visit. Our Maté is grown in pristine country with rich soil and free from any contamination.

The Special Touch

The Mate Factor goes a step beyond the others through the special care we take to preserve the healthy integrity of our yerba mate. We do this by preventing it from getting too hot in the drying process, using only choice yerba mate plants, drying in a smokeless process and most importantly, sealing immediately to preserve freshness of our yerba mate. We have developed an art in all of this that produces a rich, healthy and tasty yerba mate herb, unmatched by other processes.
